The groups were asked to discuss institutionalization of marriage, families, workplace and in media, among themselves and then the group leaders were asked to present it to other participants.
Next session was planned to share the details of Vishakha Guidelines and important elements of the Sexual Harassment At Workplace legislation. This session was facilitated by our expert trainers, Dr. Rajini Menon and Mrs. Prajakta Neelkanth. After the Q&A round of this session, the participants were divided into groups of four and were allotted with a case study each.
The groups had to enact the case study and decide whether the situation falls under sexual harassment or no. This activity also defined the impact of hostile work environment on the co-workers along with effective methodologies that the organisations can adapt for a better workplace environment.
