Recently, our Head of Media and Communications Amitabh Kumar visited The United States of America with the ‘ International visitors leadership program’ #IVLP. During this visit he had the opportunity to visit the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (USA). They have an amazing team doing ground breaking work with optimum use of technology to find missing children. During his interaction he found out about #RockOneSock. The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (USA) is asking everyone to wear one sock and take a “footsie” (a picture of your feet with one sock) or video and post to social media using the hashtag #RockOneSock. You can tag three friends to do the #RockOneSock challenge or donate and help them continue to spread awareness about finding missing children.
CSR is a true believer in using social media for social change and a major part of our initiative #SocialSurfing focuses on it. We got our team members to do the #RockOneSock challenge, and contribute our bit to this wonderful initiative.
